Privacy notice
Version 2026-07-01
This notice explains how TAP-in collects, uses, and protects your information. It is written in plain language so you can understand your choices. If you have questions, talk to any CAA staff member.
We use your name, phone number, and photo ID to confirm who you are so the CAA can approve you for work. Only CAA staff who need to review your file can see this.
We use your skills, interests, and availability to suggest shifts that fit you. This information is only shared with employers once you apply to their shift.
When you apply for a shift, the employer sees a short summary of your work history and skills, only what they need to offer you the job. They never see your documents, contact info, or full profile.
The CAA reports overall program numbers to its funders. For example, how many people found work through TAP-in. Your personal details are never included in these reports.
We send you texts or emails about your status, upcoming shifts, and reminders. We keep these minimal and relevant. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- No SSN, bank, or card data ever requested. TAP-in does not collect Social Security numbers, bank account details, or card numbers. If payment tools are added later, they will be handled through secure third-party services.
- Audit log. We keep a record of who at the CAA views your file and when.
- Delete your data. You can ask CAA staff to delete your account and data at any time. Some records may need to be kept for legal reporting, but your personal information will be removed from day-to-day systems.
- Request a copy. You can ask staff for a copy of the information we hold about you.
